About me
Hello, I’m Nadine, a postpartum doula and mother of two wonderful girls (ages 7 and 9). I believe every family deserves to feel supported, rested, and confident as they welcome a new baby home.
I was born and raised in Germany and have lived in the United States with my husband and our daughters for over a decade. My journey through motherhood — and across cultures — has shaped how I approach care: with empathy, understanding, and deep respect for every family’s unique values, traditions, and choices.
Becoming a mother myself opened my eyes to how magical, and sometimes overwhelming, those early weeks can be. I remember the joy, the exhaustion, and the constant learning curve. Those experiences inspired me to become a compassionate advocate for new parents - someone who offers calm, unbiased support without judgment.
As your postpartum doula, my goal is to create a nurturing space where you can rest, recover, and bond with your baby in your own way. I provide gentle guidance, emotional reassurance, and hands-on help — always honoring your decisions and beliefs as you find your rhythm in this new chapter of parenthood.
Every family’s journey is different, and I’m honored to walk beside you with warmth, understanding, and care.
